Jess and Simon from Zelena Homes have not only made our dreams come true of delivering the most beautiful, calm sanctuary in our new home, they literally saved us from a shocking situation AND were a delightful dynamic and professional team to deal with throughout the build, and through some extreme difficulties caused by another builder.
The quality of the finishes are absolutely stunning, and at a standard you can only achieve when working so closely with such an experienced boutique team. Jess and Simon really listened to what we wanted out of our home, and we felt guided and supported in every aspect. They were incredibly patient and empathetic to our situation, which, for us was difficult at times due to the circumstances the previous building company (Porter Davis) left us in.
Conversely to our previous experience, we felt like Zelena Homes took away all of the stress of the build, and they were able to be agile and adaptable to whatever situation arose. We also loved that our experience felt very personal, like a connected relationship with a team who cared about us, our home, and how we wanted to live in the space as a family, rather than just being ‘another client’. They were always available to walk us through whatever question we had, with their calming personal touch.
We’re so beyond thrilled with our whole experience with Zelena Homes, and the stunning house they built for us that we get to call home. I’d say we’d be happy here for years to come, but honestly after such a wonderful experience, and immersing ourselves in our new home finished with their quality work, I think we’d love to build with them again in the not too distant future!

Ventilation is an essential feature, homes that are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems, provide a constant influx of fresh air. Emphasising a healthier way of living, the entire house is powered by electricity, promoting a greener future for all.
To maintain a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year, thermal mass is thoughtfully incorporated, keeping your home warmer in winter and cooler during the scorching summer months. The balance is between environmental consciousness and modern comforts.
