Once the design, selections, consultant input and pricing have been resolved, we prepare everything needed for the next stage. This includes final documentation, approvals where required and your fixed price contract. By the time your project is ready to move into construction, you have clarity around the design, the inclusions and the cost, with the confidence that the groundwork has been properly done.
