This home achieved a 5.1ACH result on our first ever blower door test. It was meticulously crafted with a strong emphasis on several critical elements: the maximisation of natural light, the strategic utilisation of thermal mass, the establishment of uniform insulation, and the execution of airtight design principles. To enhance thermal comfort and minimise the need for heating or cooling throughout the year, we installed uPVC windows featuring an impressively low u-value, thus further contributing to the home's energy efficiency.
