Each aspect of our homes has been carefully considered to ensure optimal comfort and energy efficiency. A primary focus lies in continuous insulation and an airtight construction, further fortified with a vapour permeable membrane. The use of uPVC glazing enhances insulation and reduces energy wastage, offering you a haven of tranquillity and cosiness.
Ventilation is an essential feature, homes that are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems, provide a constant influx of fresh air. Emphasising a healthier way of living, the entire house is powered by electricity, promoting a greener future for all.
To maintain a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year, thermal mass is thoughtfully incorporated, keeping your home warmer in winter and cooler during the scorching summer months. The balance is between environmental consciousness and modern comforts.
